Alma Bistro, Cocina Latina was founded out of a deep love for real food, for food that is fresh, healthy, and authentically latino. We only use real ingredients fresh eggs, organic tomatoes, fresh water fish, and free-range chicken. We strive to make each and every dish a wholesome expression of our love for food, life, and living. Alma Bistro, Cocina Latina brings nuevo-latino soul food with an upscale twist and custom cocktails.

Alma Bistro was born in 2022 a vision of Ulises Jimenez, head chef and owner of  Don Rene Taqueria in Milford, CT and Noberto Lucero head chef of Brasitas. Together they've combined their passion for nuevo-latino food and custom cocktails with Alma Bistro, bringing you some of the best latino fusion in Fairfield County.
